Your agreement with ImageRapid.online
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ImageRapid.online ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.
ImageRapid.online is provided as a free, client-side image conversion tool. Your use of the Service constitutes your acceptance of these terms. We may update these terms from time to time, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2. What You Agree To
You Own Your Images
We claim no ownership over your images. You retain all rights to any images you upload or convert. We never see, store, or access your files.
You're Responsible
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to convert, modify, and use any images processed through our service.
Service Availability
We strive to keep ImageRapid online and functional, but we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The service is provided "as available."
3. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use ImageRapid.online for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service. Specifically, you may not:
Copyright Infringement
Convert images you don't own or lack permission to modify. Respect intellectual property rights.
Illegal Content
Process images depicting illegal activity, child exploitation, or prohibited material.
Abuse
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our servers with excessive requests.
Malicious Files
Upload files containing malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
While we cannot see your images, we cooperate with law enforcement regarding illegal activity. If you're converting illegal content, don't.
4. Intellectual Property
Your Content Stays Yours
ImageRapid.online does not claim any ownership rights in the images you process through our service. We do not license, use, or distribute your content. Your images remain entirely your property.
The ImageRapid.online name, logo, website design, and code are the exclusive property of ImageRapid.online and its developers. The source code is open source under the MIT License, but the branding and service name may not be used without permission.

5. No Warranty
"AS IS" Service
ImageRapid.online is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will meet your requirements or be error-free.
Conversion Quality
We do not warrant that converted images will be suitable for any particular purpose, meet specific quality standards, or be compatible with your intended use case.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the disclaimer of implied warranties, so the above disclaimers may not apply to you. Check your local laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ImageRapid.online and its operators, developers, and contributors shall not be liable for any:
- Direct damages - Loss of data, revenue, or profits resulting from use of the service
- Indirect damages - Consequential, incidental, or punitive damages
- Technical issues - Browser compatibility problems, conversion errors, or corrupted files
- Service interruptions - Downtime, maintenance, or unavailability of the service
Because ImageRapid is free and processes everything locally, we cannot be held responsible for conversion errors, data loss, or compatibility issues. Always keep backups of your original images.
7. Termination
Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Since we don't store any user data, no additional action is required.
8. Governing Law
Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution
We prefer to resolve disputes informally. Please contact us directly with any concerns before pursuing any legal action.
Our service is operated from the United States. We make no claims that ImageRapid.online is appropriate or available for use in other jurisdictions. If you access the service from outside the U.S., you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
